Online Returns | Refund or Exchanges
Please e-mail us at support@crossoverint.co.za for more info and to assist you in processing the return and collection. We will NOT accept any returns without prior written communication.
Returns for exchanges or refunds are subject to a courier collection fee of minimum R150.00 which you the customer will be liable for.
We will be happy to exchange or refund any product purchased from our online store subject to the following conditions:
- An item(s) purchased must be returned within 14 business days from the day of delivery.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all the original tags/labels attached. Returned item(s) will undergo a quality check to ensure that the item(s) are in a saleable condition.
- Underwear, socks, perfumes and other personal items will not be accepted for a return or refund.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charged for online purchases) will be refunded to you once we have receive the item and confirmed that it meets the necessary conditions. You as the customer will be liable for any courier costs.
- Refunds will take up to 10 business days to be processed and completed (depending on your bank). Courier fees paid are non-refundable.
- Faulty item(s)
If any item is faulty, wrongly described or damaged, then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement product provided the item(s) are returned within a reasonable time and is in a saleable condition.
Online Purchases
Store Returns | Exchanges
Free and most convenient. No paper work. No hassles.
Simply return your order to any Crossover store located near you. Bring along your order confirmation. Please note that the store must stock the item(s) you wish to return. Returned items will be subject to the following conditions:
- No exchange will be entertained without prior communication with the Online department.
- Exchanged for a different size on an item(s) may be made in-store
- The item(s) that you wish to exchange will be equal in value, or a difference will be paid on a higher costing item. A refund will NOT be given on an item(s) that is of lesser value in-store.
- Refunds are not given in-store for purchases made online. You will need to contact the online support team for a refund to be processed.
The online support team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30 - Refunds will take up to 10 business days to be processed and completed (depending on your bank).
In-store Purchases
In-store | Refund or Exchanges
- Take you item(s) to the Crossover store that the original purchase was made at. Please note that the store must stock the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Item(s) purchased in-store must be returned in-store and not via post or courier.
- Change of mind
If you change your mind about the item(s) you have purchased from the store, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item(s) at the store that they were purchased from subject to the following conditions:
* The item(s) purchased must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with the proof of purchase
* The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached and in a saleable condition
* Underwear, socks, perfumes and other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged
* Gift-cards, sale, clearance and second hand items are not eligible for a refund or exchange
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refund to you using the original payment method used. For the item(s) being exchanged, you will pay the difference if you are exchanging for a higher value item, alternatively we will refund the difference for an item of lesser value. - Faulty
If any item is faulty, or different from the sample shown in-store then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item(s) is returned within a reasonable time with the proof of purchase and is in a saleable condition.
Crossover will not be held responsible for the loss of parcels, should the customer not have provided the correct and full physical address and related contact details when placing the order.
Should we not be able to fulfil an order because an item is sold out, or for any other reason, we will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund or exchange for said item(s). We will not be held responsible if an order has become unavailable by the time you try to complete a purchase.
