How to I place an order?
  1. Browse and select products and choose your size
  2. Click on 'add to cart' or 'quick shop'
  3. After adding all the products your'e interested in, click the cart icon and look for the 'checkout' option
  4. Provide your information and full shipping details
  5. You will be directed to select a payment method of your choosing
  6. You will receive all post purchase information as well as tracking information via e-mail.

We do not use SMS notifications due to the high number of spam content.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days to major districts and may take up to 10 working days for rural and outlying areas.

Allow up to 14 business days on sale items.

Orders are dispatched from our Johannesburg distribution centre. Tracking information will be e-mailed to clients as soon as orders are fulfilled and collected by our courier partners.

How much does delivery cost?

Free shipping is available for orders over R 500.00, with the exception of items on sale and orders below R 500.00 which incur a delivery cost of R 150.00.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

A refund request can be submitted within 14 working days after the parcel has been received.

How much can I get refunded?

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In another instance when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a refund given that the product is returned within 14 business days and the product is still in a saleable condition.

In the case when a product or packaging has been damaged, is stained or otherwise not in a saleable condition, you are not eligible for a refund.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order does not have free shipping?

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order has free shipping?

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

What is the cost when a product has to be returned due to an exchange or request to refund?

The amount payable in order for the courier to collect and re-deliver in the event of an exchange is R 150.00

We do offer laybuys in store.

We also have amazing credit options for you to choose from, namely PayJustNow and Payflex.

How does PayJustNow work?

With PayJustNow, you get your stuff and payment happens over 3 interest-free installments.

Is my payment data safe with you?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

We also do offer lay-buys only in-store and we do have credit facilities online as well.

We do not accept any form of cheques, cash on delivery for online orders or EFT payments.
