Efficient shipping process ensure timely delivery within 1-3 business for major centres like Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and Bloemfontein city centres and up to 10 business days for outlying and rural areas.

In the event of shipment delays, rest assured that our delivery partners will keep your informed about the rescheduled delivery date.

Anticipate receiving your sale items within 7-14 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for regional and remote days.

Our commitment to customer service means that if your parcel is delayed past 7business days with no communication, we are here to help. Contact us for support.

Terms and Conditions

Same Day delivery is applicable if products are in stock, your delivery address is serviced by our couriers for same-day-delivery and the order is placed and paid by 09:30 (the daily cut-off). If the cut-off time is missed, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

There will be some instances when the courier will need you to collect your order at the police station as the area is deemed as high risk.

Delivery Charges

All orders over the amount of R500.00 are eligible for free delivery with the exception of sale items which will incur a delivery cost of R150.00.

Also please take note that delivery/courier fees are non-refundable.
